By accessing or using the services of JS Enterprise ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

JS Enterprise provides web design, development, digital marketing, branding, and related digital services to clients in Texas and nationwide. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in your agreement
Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee
All fees are in USD

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom-designed deliverables. JS Enterprise retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions & Changes

Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client cancels a project mid-way, payment is due for all work completed to date based on the agreed project rate.

Limitation of Liability

JS Enterprise's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
